Wrigleyville is a neighborhood within a neighborhood, technically part of Lakeview. It offers so much more than Cubs games and concerts at Wrigley Field (though this is a big draw to the lively area!). It is certainly a tourist hub with no shortage of nightlife options, souvenir shops, comedy shows and events that bring folks from all over to the neighborhood. However Wrigleyville is also close to the lake and other northside attractions such as Lincoln Park that makes it a liveable location even for those that are not drawn to the “Friendly Confines”. The public park and event space outside of Wrigley stadium, Gallagher Way, offers regular music and fitness programming, as well as, other events that lend a community feel to the area. Commuters and other mass transit users will likely use the Addison Red Line stop to access the loop or the Clark bus that runs right through the heart of the Wrigleyville.
