Sub-Leasing

Notify WOW development group that you are interested in subleasing your apartment
Advertise your apartment online ( we suggest craigslist, hotpads, domu but there are multiple services)
Show prospective tenants the apartment
Have interested prospects fill out the online application at wowdevelopmentgroup.com. New Tenants will be required to pay a $75 application fee through the website for credit check and Income Verification.
Please inform WOW development group that you have applicants applying
and what their names are along with your address and unit #.
WOW development group will screen prospects and if approved, we will forward a sublease agreement to be signed first by you and then the new sub-tenant.
Until WOW development group has a signed lease and with all monies paid and the new tenant takes possession of the apartment, you are responsible to fulfill all the terms of your current lease.

Once a new tenant is approved, you must return your keys to our management office. Do not give your keys to the new tenant. Please advise all new tenants that they are taking the apartment in “as is” condition and in accordance with the terms of your lease.
